OUR TRULY ELITE PROTECTION SYSTEM
We base our TEPS program on the concepts of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) defined as: The use of scientific, investigative, technical and managerial knowledge and skills to evaluate the risk of pest presence, real or potential, in and around the building, with the objective of minimizing the potential chemical, biological or physical contamination of surfaces, storage and display areas.
Program Components - TEPS
1. Facility Assessment
Our Truly Elite Protection System program begins with an in-depth facility assessment. The assessment evaluates all interior and exterior areas of the facility. From the assessment, requirements for the program are established and the results and corrective actions are documented, and used to develop and update the IPM program based on our exclusive 3 Zone Protocols.
2. Program Development & Implementation
Truly Nolen will provide the facility with a written IPM program. The plan will take into consideration the overall level of any potential risk.
3. Monthly Report & Trend Analysis
The information gathered will allow us to present a comprehensive report.
4. Truly Nolen Custom Training
We offer customized training programs tailored to our customers and employees across the kingdom. Our dedicated technical support team ensures that every office delivers exceptional quality service.
5. Rapid Response
We will be there in a timely mannner to solve any problems that might occur. We also will identify action thresholds for pest sightings with facility management. When any threshold has been exceeded, an escalation protocol will be implemented until control has been established.
